Q: Will my order be placed immediately?
A: Yes, production time on all orders is estaimted between 2-3 weeks.
Q: Where are orders shipped to?
A: Orders will be shipped directly to Natalie Price at the Headquarters location to be distributed unless noted otherwise on your order form.
Q: How do I know what color is shown?
A: Once you select a color from the drop down list, the image on the left will change to show the color selected.
Q: If I am a field employee, where do I receive or get jobsite clothing?
A: Please contact the Yard Operations for field staff clothing. (If you wish to purchase items for your personal use on the corporate store there is an option to pay for your purchase with a credit card.)
Q: Can I charge my purchase(s) from the Corporate Store to a project?
A: No. We CANNOT charge to projects for these type of expenses.
Q: Do I need to get approval to purchase from the Corporate store?
A: All orders purchased through the KA house account, and not personally paid for via a credit card, will need to be approved by the DOO of your office before the order is placed by Natalie Price. Personal items purchased and paid for by a credit card CANNOT be submitted as a Concur expense. All orders purchased through the KA house account, and not personally paid for via a credit card will need to be approved (for construction the DOO of your office and for Development and Realty Pete Diessner) before the order is placed by Natalie Price. Personal items purchased and paid for by a credit card CANNOT be submitted as a Concur expense.
Q: Can I exchange an item if I ordered the wrong size?
A: No, unfortunately we do not have an exchange program. We do provide sizing charts that you can find on the top right hand side of the Corporate Store Page, you should review prior to selecting your item(s). If you have questions please contact Natalie Price at natalie.price@krausanderson.com
Q: What if my item is defective, damaged or is the wrong item?
A: We will replace an item that is defective or damaged. If you received an item that you did not order we will review your order and make sure we send out the correct item. You will need to send the original item back to Natalie Price in the Headquarters office.
